FIFA proposes requiring clubs to field homegrown U-21 players at all times
FIFA Council approved consultations Tuesday in Vancouver on a rule requiring at least one homegrown U-20 or U-21 player on the field at all times.��

Salah to miss rest of Liverpool season with hamstring tear
