Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀:

• Salary: Market-competitive compensation in USD, aligned with seniority and expertise
• Location: Remote
• Hours: Full-time — 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
• Contract: Annual contract (12 months, renewable — probation period: 3 months)

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆:

Own end-to-end user experience design across complex digital products. Drive clarity, usability, and visual quality while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and design stakeholders.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Design and optimize user flows
• Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Translate complex requirements into clear, simple user experiences
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers
• Integrate seamlessly with an existing design team
• Work strictly within an established and documented design system (training provided)

• Proficiency in Figma
• 4–6 years of professional UI/UX design experience
• Strong experience implementing and working within design systems
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices
• Proven user research and usability testing capabilities
• Ability to clearly communicate and defend design decisions

𝘗𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘥:

• B2B / enterprise application design experience
• Arabic language capability for bilingual interface design
• Telecom or enterprise platform experience

1. Develop, maintain, and design brand assets, including logos, typography, and color schemes, to create a cohesive brand identity.

2. Craft memorable brand identities and implement the brand's visual elements for use on digital platforms and in print.

3. Apply design principles and typography skills, with a focus on kerning, to create visually appealing and balanced layouts.

4. Maintain brand consistency by implementing grid systems and layouts, ensuring the designs are well-structured and aligned with the brand’s visual guidelines.

5. Prepare and present brand showcases on platforms like Behance to highlight our creative vision and ex*****on.

6. Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to continuously elevate our Instagram portfolio and other digital showcases.

7. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and cohesion across all design outputs.

8. Prepare the brand for presentation across various platforms, including social media, Behance, and websites, ensuring the designs are adapted to meet specific requirements while maintaining a cohesive brand identity.

1. At least 3 years of experience in brand design, with a proven track record of successful brand design implementation.

2. Exceptional skills in graphic design, typography, and visual storytelling.

3. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of brand projects and design solutions.

4. Expertise in finalizing designs and building cohesive brand identities.

5. In-depth understanding of color theory, color contrast, and color combinations.

6. Experience in preparing branding for social media platforms, ensuring designs meet digital presentation standards.

7. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

8. Experience with AI tools for generating images and visual assets, using them to enhance the design process.
