We are delighted to spotlight an exceptional culinary leader whose career reflects vision, discipline, and true mastery of the craft.
Khalid Musa’s journey in hospitality is a story of consistency, excellence, and leadership at the highest level. From his early foundations at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts and Villa D’Angelo to shaping global dining experiences with Hard Rock Cafe and Regency Hotels, Khalid built a strong operational and culinary base that would define his future success.
His leadership expanded across the Middle East with Support Commercial Catering, Al Dafra Tourist Village and Catering, and ARC (Al Rahmaniah Food Meals Catering LLC), where he mastered high-volume production, large-scale catering, and complex multi-kitchen operations while maintaining strict quality and food safety standards.
Khalid’s impact continued with Marka Holding, Ward Restaurant, and Ward Complex Restaurant, where he led luxury dining concepts, multi-outlet operations, and multiple pre-openings, building teams, setting standards, and delivering consistent five-star guest experiences. At Harat Al Sham Restaurant, he further demonstrated his ability to manage diverse culinary concepts while executing large-scale events with precision and creativity.
Today, as Executive Chef at Narcissus The Royal Hotel & Narcissus Resort, Khalid Musa brings together decades of international experience, refined leadership, and culinary innovation. His recognition as Best Executive Chef at JOSPEX and his appearances on regional television further reflect his influence and credibility within the industry.
What truly defines Khalid is not only the scale of his achievements, but the way he builds teams, mentors talent, and creates systems that allow excellence to be sustained long after the event ends. His story is a powerful example of how leadership, structure, and passion come together to create lasting impact in hospitality.
At Hospitality Web, we are proud to share stories of leaders who shape the industry through dedication, integrity, and excellence. Thank you, Chef Khalid Musa, for inspiring the next generation of hospitality professionals.
