Teachers needs teachers!!!
Everyone needs a teacher if we speak about Pilates!!!
The thing is to find the one it's really for you!!!
Trying to keep the flow between the exercises I was performing ,it was helping imagining the voice of Erica telling me next step!!!!!
This week we skipped our meeting and already I miss her!!!

High Chair or Electric Chair as it is known,it is very challenging piece of equipment in the Going up front or side , especially for longer or larger people!!!!
Because for petite person the springs work more for them!!!
In this case,the spirit are not too generous,so he needs a lot of strength to float the pedal up!!!

Here is her first try!!!
I am proud of she, being her first attempt, of course not everything is perfect!!
But Horseback on Wanda Chair It is an excellent exercise that can not be done without understanding if Centering principle!!!
And the proof that she used abdominal muscles is that she's floating up!!!
Even she lost the C curve in the end,I think she still did great job!!!
