This is the case of Otýlie Vranská - a case so brutal that even now it haunts the European history. The methods employed by the murderer were extremely violent and the image of the body displayed in the police station's windows had been carved in people's minds forever.

One of the most prolific murderers of the 19th century, Bella Kiss, also known as The Vampire of Cinkota, had one of the most disturbing ways of targeting and murdering his victims.

He carefully targeted lonely women, without many relatives, but with a good financial situation. After robbing them of all of their possessions...he would then rob them of their last breath in the most brutal way: he would strangle them, sew their bodies into bags and them pickle them with methanol into barrels, slowing down the decomposition.

Why would he choose to do such horrific acts? And was justice served for the poor victims?
