✅Boundaries aren't walls. They're guidelines that protect your energy, your time, and your sense of self.
🗣️ People-pleasing often feels like love, but it's usually rooted in fear - fear of losing connection, approval or safety. Over time, constantly choosing others over yourself becomes a form of self-betrayal.
🫶 The goal isn't to stop being kind.
It's to include yourself in that kindness.
