🚧 Promenada Mall Extension - A new chapter for a Bucharest landmark

Playing our part, as the project management team, in bringing the extension of the Promenada Mall in Bucharest - developed by NEPI Rockcastle - to life. This ambitious expansion of the existing shopping center is designed to enhance the city's dynamic mixed-use environment.

📌 What’s taking shape:
• 🛍️ Extended retail gallery, integrated with the current mall
• 🏢 Office spaces & a future hotel
• 🎬 Cinema, 🎭 Theater, 🏊 World-class swimming pool
• 🚗 6 underground parking levels
• 📍 Improved access from Calea Floreasca & Barbu Văcărescu Boulevard

Far beyond a typical development, this is a fully connected destination that blends shopping, workspaces, entertainment and lifestyle into one unified space. From our office balcony, we have front-row seats to the construction site - watching progress unfold has never been this close.

We’re happy to share that Retail Park Pitești is now complete and open to the public! 🛍️✨

This project involved the full renovation of an existing ground-level commercial center. The challenge was to reorganize retail spaces and completely redevelop both the public areas and leased units to create a modern, functional and welcoming shopping experience.

Behind every successful project are countless moving parts and our role was to ensure they worked in perfect sync. It’s been a rewarding experience, and we’re proud to have helped bring this new retail destination to life.

Huge thanks to our incredible team for their dedication and resilience. We’re also grateful to the collaborators and contractors who brought their expertise and energy to the table.

This weekend, we are closing our spreadsheets, taking a break from site walks and project planning to concentrate on more important tasks: coordinating family dinner seating, ensuring on-time brunch ex*****on, and approving extra dessert units.

✔️ We are proud to announce the completion of a new 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐨𝐭 at one of the top shopping spots in Bacău, improving access for everyone. ✔️

We are also pleased to share that work is already underway on the 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐚̆𝐮! This new development will provide more opportunities for businesses and a superior customer experience.

As the project management team, we ensure this initiative is completed efficiently, on schedule and within budget, working alongside a team of industry professionals.
