⚡️Also wanted to share that a month ago, when I first entered this new gym, anxiety hit!
Yep, I suffer from anxiety whenever I find myself in new places, with new people, surroundings I am not familiar with.

💥Of course I spilled my drink on my blouse & also on my face… it was like a small explosion… then I hit my head. Not much, but enough to look weird and make people see I was not comfortable 🙈
🌪️And of course I stumbled too, but did not fall, fortunately!

🌤️A month after, things look better, I still spilled my drink today (but cleaned the mess afterwards), anxiety hits whenever the gym is overcrowded, but hey, I DO fight my demons! 😇

☀️I felt the need to share this as everyone I know tells me I look so self-confident… and I’m like :WHAAAT?!

I am the only anxious person? 🤷‍♀️
