Systemic Wisdom - Systemic Power

I am starting a series of insights about how systemic principles applied in a business partnership can make energy, projects and money to FLOW and the organisation to flourish.
They come from my own experience with organizations, startups and professionals and from my study and understanding of how the systems work.

So... the first insightt is that unresolved issues of any partner in his previous business/professional life and many times in personal life will have an impact on the new business.

The past of each partner should be acknowledged and each partner should make sure he/she closes the door to the past in order to open a new door.
