Vitamin D …

It’s that’s time of year again I see A LOT of people feeling very lethargic, achy and generally under the weather my first question is are you taking vitamin D !

Whilst many of you may take a multivitamin with Vitamin D in it it’s probably not enough for adults the recommended daily dosage is 4000iu or 100mcg. Most Multis have about 10mg or 400iu

This time of year it’s so hard to get your daily boost from the sunlight as it’s simply not strong enough! So make sure your on top of your supplements!
