When I discuss with people involved in big corporations, part of local, regional or 🌍global corporate teams - they always talk about what happened in the company. What is going on with one or another colleague. How was the last business trip. Being so many hours each day in that environment, that environment creates the community for the people working in it.

🔗Beside the connection to their families, they not really have connections outside their corporate network.

This creates an interesting 🫧bubble, which limits what you can see and not see about the world, in the same time limits how you can experience yourself in the world.

I have been in that bubble for many years, and trust me when I say - You do not realize that you are in it!

Signs that you are in the bubble :
🪧You talk mostly about the same subjects
🪧 You exchange views with same 6-8 people on daily or weekly basis
🪧 You follow news on the same 2-3 channels
🪧 You loose easily patience when perceive that in the bank or public services are not organized compared to what you are used to in corporate
🪧You interact very seldom with people outside the corporate world

When I stepped out of corporate, it was a surprise to discover the world outside the corporate bubble. How much richness this can brig in your life.
