1- Electrical Engineer for Operation, Switching, and Maintenance (MV 11KV)

• A graduate in Electrical Engineering with at least 7 yrs. Relevant Experience Electricity Distribution Network.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in Switching on Live MV (11kv) Equipment.
• Must have knowledge of relevant IEC standards and IEEE guidelines.
• Shall have in-depth knowledge of power cables, cable accessories, Distribution Substation Components- Switchgear, Transformer, feeder pillar, etc., OHL Components – PMT, Auto recluses, AB switches, etc...
• Basic Knowledge and Experience working in Auto Cad and other design software
• Perform the 11kv cable fault location/isolations/restorations required for circuits/equipment according to the switching program with the consent of the control engineer.
• Carry out Analysis of MV and LV joint failures, Dist. Transformer failure, Switchgear Failure, or any component failure in Electricity Dist. Network at site/ Abu Hamour workshop and submit a report

2- Electrical Inspector (11KV Substation Maintenance, OHL. Maintenance, and Cable maintenance).
• Diploma / Graduate in Electrical Engineering (full-time course) with at least 5yrs. Relevant Experience with an Electrical distribution system.
• Must have experience in installation, operation, and Maintenance of MV and LV switchgear, Cables, transformers, feeder pillars, and OHL. Testing & commissioning of MV / LV Equipment & cables and OHL
• Must have handled projects for the Ex*****on of MV and LV cable lying and should have in-depth knowledge of the Ex*****on of such Projects, Experience in Planning, and scheduling of Substation Maintenance and OHL Maintenance.
• Become familiar with the Road opening application and approval system adopted by Ashghal and KAHRAMAA.
• Supervise the Maintenance work at the site to ensure work has been executed as per KAHRAMAA standards and procedures
• Supervise the installation of cables, joints, and terminations and ensure work has been done as per the installation manual and KAHRAMAA guidelines and procedures
• Should have a valid Qatar driving license with own 4-wheel drive Car/pickup,

3-Electrical Technician for Diesel Generator Maintenance.
• Diploma / Graduate in Electrical Engineering (full-time course) with at least 5yrs. Relevant Experience with Electrical distribution systems / Generator sets.
• Must have knowledge and experience in the installation, operation, and Maintenance of engines, alternators, and control systems of Gensets.
• Must have knowledge and experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing Alternators, start control systems, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Must have knowledge and experience in Overhauling Alternators and other electrical equipment.
• Read technical diagrams and blueprints.

4- Mechanical Technician for Diesel Generator Maintenance
• Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering (full-time course) with at least 5yrs. Relevant Experience with Generator sets and Electrical distribution system
• Must have knowledge and experience in the installation, operation, and Maintenance of Diesel/ Petrol engines including electrical parts and components.
• Must have knowledge and experience in Overhauling of various types & Capacities of Engines and
other components, Inspect Generator parameters and other electrical components.
• Read technical diagrams and blueprints.
•. Troubleshoot/Diagnose electrical issues in Gen sets using appropriate testing devices

5- Condition Monitoring Technician 11KV Substation.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• 3 years of Hands-on Condition Monitoring experience with various types of Medium Voltage (up to 33kV) and Low Voltage (415V) Electrical equipment (Indoor Switchgear, RMUs, Transformers, and Cables) preferably in Electrical utility.
• Partial Discharge measurement for MV Switchgear and Transformers.
• Infrared Thermography of Switchgears, transformers, and Feeder Pillars
• Basic IT knowledge with proficiency in computer applications MS Office and MS Excel.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Knowledge of written and spoken Arabic will be an advantage.
• To use the following instruments during condition monitoring:
• Ultra TEV plus, Ultra TEV Locator, and Ultra TEV Monitor
• HVPD PDS Air
• IPEC PD-SGS and IPEC PD-SG1
• ULD-40
• IR Cameras
• Valid Qatar Driving License will be an advantage

6- Maintenance Planner (11KV Substation, OHL, and Cable ).
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• 5 years of Hands-on work experience with various types of Medium Voltage (up to 33kV) and Low Voltage (415V) Electrical equipment (Indoor Switchgear, RMUs, Transformers, OHL, and Cables) preferably in Electrical utility. Experience in Maintenance, Maintenance Planning, Er****on, Testing, and Commissioning of MV & LV Electrical equipment is preferred.
• Good IT knowledge
• Should have a proficiency certificate in computer applications MS Office and a higher level of proficiency certificate in MS Excel. Should have knowledge in working with ERP applications and commonly used other maintenance helping tools (such as Arc FM, Auto CAD, etc.)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual presentations in MS PowerPoint.
• Update the Maintenance Plan on a daily/weekly basis and track the progress and variance of actual work vis-à-vis planned work
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Minimum requirement:

5 years experience in Land Survey (Roads / Highways / Infrastructure)

Ashghal Project experience is preferable.

2 Years Experience in Gulf

Skillset on AutoCAD 2010 / Microsoft Software Products.

Qatar Driving license (Must)
