The University Church of the Blessed Name of Jesus is considered one of the finest examples of Late Baroque architecture in Central Europe and is widely regarded as the most magnificent church in Wrocław. Built by the Jesuits in the late 17th century, it forms part of the university complex and stands on the former site of the Piast castle. In July 2026, the church will also host performances as part of the MUCE Festival.
A Rehearsal of Capella Ecumenica
The Cathedral of St. Mary Magdalene is one of Wrocław’s most important Gothic churches, located in the historic city center. Built in the 13th century as a brick Gothic church by the citizens and council of Breslau, it served as one of the city’s main Protestant churches until 1945. Today, it belongs to the Polish Catholic Church and remains one of the most recognizable landmarks of Wrocław. In July it will serve as a Stage for the MUCE - Festival.

The Capella ecumenica Choir sang at the Divine Providence Chruch during the Good Friday Service. Capella ecumenica will also perform in the Muce Festival 2026
