At SentiOne, we decided to explore this question by speaking with the people who deal with it every day.
Over the past few months, we’ve connected with senior marketing leaders from different regions and industries. Together we discussed the growing role of AI, changing customer expectations, evolving team structures, and the challenges brands face when trying to stay competitive.
What began as a small exploration gradually turned into a much larger project.
