Lately, everyone’s been talking about strawberry pasta thanks to Iga Swiatek. 🍓

Since we’re Polish too, we checked the internet for photos of this summer classic… and found almost none. So we felt obliged to fix that.

And here’s the (super simple) recipe:
• fusilli pasta (non-negotiable)
• strawberries, mashed with a fork
• yogurt, or 12% or 18% sour cream
• a bit of sugar if your strawberries aren’t sweet enough
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Mix the strawberries with the yogurt or cream, add the pasta, and you’re done. Mint isn’t traditional, but we totally recommend it.
