WHAT IS T.R.C.?

A temporary resident card is a card given to foreign national, which grants the right to stay in a country for a certain length
of time.

HOW CAN I GET A T.R.C?

A person can get a T.R.C by having a Sponcer or an Employer in the country with the required documentation and eligibility.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS AND PROCESS FOR OBTAINING A T.R.C?

We just need your valid passport with valid SCHENGEN VISA , some personal information and 4 photos required (karta pobytu specification) for the process of
your T.R.C. Rest all documentation would be arranged and done by us. Therefore, you can sit back and relax until you get your
Resident card.

SHOULD I HAVE TO BE IN POLAND FOR THIS PROCESS?

Yes, the person has to show up while we submit the prepared documents at secretariat, as well while giving biometrics
(fingerprint) at immigration office and while picking up the card.

PROCESS:

 Once we get the detailed information about you and having your travel histories, we will prepare your
documents in 2-3 working days’ time by adding all the required documents for you.
 Then we will submit your prepared document on a sooner date at secretariat in Warsaw. We will able to do this with in 3 working days.
 We may have to wait only 7 DAYS ’ time for getting an appointment for biometrics fingerprints.
 Then we will give your fingerprint at immigration office in Warsaw.
 Once it is done, it may take 3-4 months’ time to receive your decision letter to our office.
 When the result is positive we can pickup your residence card.
