We have completed another step in our Internal Training Programme 2022 for Simplicity Recruitment⚡️!

Throughout the year we have been training and practicing new skills in terms of:

• behavioral based interview
• talent sourcing
• competences diagnosing and assessing
• managing project team
• partnership and self-confidence developing
• stress resillience

Last part of the process was team coaching provided by our HR consulting brand Blueamber HR Strategy&Consulting. During two intense and quite emotional workshop days we discover our team values, focused on appreciating the diversity of talents in our team, as well as communication, feedback and cooperation in project groups. We are already looking forward to testing the results of our work in practice!
