How I helped a friend restore her pancreas?
The method that helped me is a recipe with buckwheat and kefir (prepared the night before).
You will need 0.5 liters of kefir and 1 cup of buckwheat. Rinse the buckwheat well, pour kefir over it, and let it infuse.
After 12 hours, divide the mixture into two equal parts. I use one part for breakfast and the other for dinner.
After 10 days of taking it, take a 10-day break and then repeat the course.
