A través de la representación de Jorge González Nuñez, Secretario del Mec de Cuba, FUMEC ALC participa del "Taller de incidencia pública sobre Cambio Climático y Reducción de riesgos y desastres" organizado por ACT Alliance América Latina, en La Habana, Cuba.
