The trial month of training is behind us! During this time, you had the chance to experience a variety of movement qualities—from balance and organic strength to floorwork, spinal mobility, and object manipulation. A little bit of everything, but without deep immersion in the practice.
In the next phase, we’ll focus on the body as a whole—moving harmoniously and performing tasks efficiently.
The main goal of this cycle is a well-functioning body, which means developing body awareness, spatial orientation, and strong foundations in strength and mobility.
If you already have a regular physical practice, these sessions will help you identify weak links and fill in the gaps caused by specialization.
If you’re just starting your movement journey, building a solid foundation will allow you to move freely and make more conscious movement choices.
