STEAM Workshop Successfully Held for Taluka Bulri Shah Karim at GBHS Fouji Sugar Mill, Tando Muhammad Khan
Tando Muhammad Khan:
A successful and inspiring STEAM Workshop was organized at Government Boys High School (GBHS) Fouji Sugar Mill, specially arranged for the schools of Taluka Bulri Shah Karim, under the supervision of Focal Person TMK, Syed Fakhur Ul Amin Shah. The purpose of the workshop was to review the progress of STEAM Schools, discuss future challenges, and strengthen planning for the effective implementation of STEAM education across the taluka.
During the session, teachers and education officials were briefed about the importance of STEAM Education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) and its growing role in modern education systems. Participants discussed how STEAM learning develops creativity, innovation, critical thinking, practical learning, and problem-solving skills among students.
Respected TEO Bulri Shah Karim Syed Waris Ali Shah and Head Master Sir Mehboob Memon shared valuable views regarding the importance of STEAM education. They emphasized that STEAM has now become an essential part of modern curriculum and plays a major role in polishing students’ abilities and preparing them for future challenges.
It was proudly highlighted during the workshop that Taluka Bulri Shah Karim is performing at the top level in STEAM activities, Masha Allah, due to the dedication, teamwork, and hardworking spirit of its teachers and education staff. The commitment and efforts shown by the educators of Bulri Shah Karim were highly appreciated by all participants.
The speakers expressed confidence that with continued hard work and proper guidance, Taluka Bulri Shah Karim and District Tando Muhammad Khan will soon emerge among the leading regions of Sindh in STEAM education.
The workshop concluded with a collective message of unity, innovation, and commitment towards quality education for every child.

The STEAM School Journey Orientation Workshop for Taluka Tando Ghulam Hyder was successfully held on 04 May 2026 at Government Boys High School, Tando Ghulam Hyder. Arranged by the Office of the District Education Officer (ES&HS), Tando Muhammad Khan, the workshop gathered STEAM Focal Persons and Coordinators from Elementary, Middle, Secondary, and Higher Secondary Schools throughout the taluka. The main objective of the session was to provide participants with practical guidance on implementing activities available on the official STEAM webpage according to the approved framework and set criteria.
The workshop was facilitated by five Master Trainers from Taluka Tando Ghulam Hyder, all serving as SELD teachers. The team included Salman Soomro (HST, GBHS TGH & STEAM Focal Person TGH), Ghulamullah (JEST, GBELS Dhani Parto Khaskheli & Male Coordinator STEAM TGH), Naveen Baig (HST, GGHS Nazarpur & Female Coordinator STEAM TGH), Sheeraz Khaskheli (PST, GBELS Dhani Parto Khaskheli & District QA Member STEAM TMK), and Zeeshan Mahboob Memon (HST, GBHS Dando & District QA Member STEAM TMK). Through interactive presentations, practical demonstrations, and collaborative discussions, the trainers effectively prepared school representatives to carry out STEAM activities successfully while ensuring compliance with the required standards and implementation guidelines.

The workshop focused on reviewing the progress of STEAM Schools and discussing upcoming challenges and future strategies for effective implementation.
During the session, participants were briefed on the growing importance of STEAM Education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics), which is now becoming an essential part of modern curriculum and learning. The workshop highlighted how STEAM-based education helps students develop creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and practical skills necessary for the future.
The distinguished guests, Respected Sir Amjad Shah and Sir Abdul Razzaq Nizamani, shared valuable insights on the significance of STEAM education. They emphasized that STEAM is no longer just a concept but an important component of every syllabus, playing a vital role in nurturing students’ talents and unlocking their true potential.
It was strongly expressed that with dedication, teamwork, and proper guidance, Tando Muhammad Khan is fully capable of becoming a leading district in STEAM education across Sindh.
