This is for 'I don’t care about design' people.
You don’t, but your ICPs do.
Their eyes do.
Their pockets do.
When someone sees you for the very first time,
they judge you from head to toe, not even intentionally.
But they do.
It’s human psychology.
In the online world, where decision makers are looking for problem solvers for their business
They see you via your profile and what you have been putting out into the world before they find you.
How you present your work.
How much you care about your own personal brand.
How aligned you are.
This is shown through your profile, your content, and your consistency.
And it’s not just a one time thing.
People see you every time you show up.
And when every time you show up differently
they find you confusing.
Your message changes every time.
Your visuals change every time.
I hope it makes sense now
that visuals are not an option
they are mandatory.
Have you ever left someone's profile because it just did not look right?

Ed Ley LinkedIn Profile Revamp.
His content is strong, but his profile needed an effective upgrade.
Because on LinkedIn, your profile can do a lot in your favor.
It should give clarity on what you do, how you do it, and who you're here for.
Let it serve its purpose.
This is what I do.
Here is my 3 Seconds Profile Revamp for Ed Ley.
You might be wondering, what does a 3 Seconds Profile Revamp mean?
It means your profile should be clear to visitors in just 3 seconds. What you do, who you serve, and how
all of it should land in the first 3 seconds.
P.P.S. Does your profile pass the 3 second eye test?
If not, send me a DM, I'll do it for you.

Your LinkedIn profile is not a profile.
It’s your strong landing page.
But many founders and creators still treat it like an online CV.
No clarity.
No positioning.
No reason for someone to stay or reach out.
So I broke it down.
This is 2026 LinkedIn Profile Blueprint
Every part of your profile has one job
🔸 Turn visitors into conversations.
🔸 Turn conversations into opportunities.
From headline to banner to about to featured to visuals.
Everything should work together, not separately.
If your profile looks complete but still doesn’t bring results…
it’s not optimized, it’s just filled.
Which section of your profile do you struggle with the most?

This is for those who say LinkedIn doesn’t work.
I used to say the same.
Because I wanted quick results.
I posted once and expected clients to slip into my DM.
That’s it.
But that’s not a realistic approach.
Whether you are a founder or a creator
whether you want to build authority or get a consistent pipeline
You have to stay here consistently for at least 6 months.
I didn’t get any results for the first 6 months.
Really.
Still, I controlled my hasty nature and stayed here.
During that time, I learned a lot.
From others. From my own mistakes.
What works.
And what doesn’t.
I call it my training session.
Now, I’m not going to say I’m getting hundreds of leads in a week or month.
But now I do get leads.
I’m satisfied because I got what I worked for and waited for.
And I’m still looking forward to more.
I’m not settling here thinking this is enough.
Whether it’s LinkedIn or anything else
if you really want something, you have to be patient, work hard, and never quit until you reach a certain level.
P.S. This is not everything.
I also found an amazing community of like minded people here.
You guys are gems. And already winners.🧡
