Federal Shariat Court has taken a firm decision about Transgenders and their rights. The decision states, " If people are born transgender, they have the right to persue and show their gender without any illusion and threat. But if people are portraying to be transgenders, it is considered to be a crime, and medical examination could be conducted to determine further.
