Small & Medium Enterprises Development Authority – SMEDA under its National Business Development Program for SMEs (NBDP) is providing highly subsidized Business Development Support through Incubation Centers in the following cities of Pakistan i.e. .

--- Wholesale Launch Sessions
--- Trainer Support
--- Trainer Sessions for Professional Grooming
--- Presentation & communication skills

It is to inform that Commercial Imports (HC type) of all items classified under Chapter 21 to 30 of the Pakistan Customs Tariff, excluding items classified under PCT headings mentioned in Annex-A of the attached Circular, being imported from all seaports of Karachi and Jinnah International Airport, Karachi will be completely shifted over to PSW, and clearance will be made through filing Single Declaration (SD). As for items falling under the purview of DPP, AQD and FSC&RD, the clearance will be subject to electronic issuance of Release Orders from the respective Govt. agency w.e.f. 1st November 2022.
