🚀 We’re Hiring: TAC Support Engineer

InstaCom is looking for a skilled and proactive TAC (Technical Assistance Center) Support Engineer to join our growing ISP team. If you’re passionate about networking, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless connectivity — this opportunity is for you 💻🌐

What you’ll do:
🔹 Monitor network performance (24/7 operations awareness)
🔹 Troubleshoot L2/L3 issues (Routing, Switching, VLANs)
🔹 Handle customer complaints with timely resolution
🔹 Coordinate with NOC, field teams & vendors
🔹 Manage incidents, escalations & RCA
🔹 Maintain documentation & ticketing systems

Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s in IT/Telecom or relevant field
✔️ 1–3 years experience in ISP/NOC/TAC

Technical Skills:
🔸 MikroTik / Cisco / Huawei devices
🔸 Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
🔸 Network troubleshooting
🔸 Monitoring tools (Libre, Cacti, etc.)
🔸 Strong communication & problem-solving skills

🎯 Preferred Certifications: CCNA / HCIA / MTCNA
