Alhamdulillah, Another successful Uretero-Sigmoidostomy as palliative procedure for 50 years female with advance pelvic tumour.
Patient presented with Anuria. Creatinine was 13 mg/dl. 5 dialysis was done.
Yesterday procedure done.
Now creatinine is 3 mg/dl.
Patient passing urine through re**al tube.

A60 years female known case of CA CERVIX. Having Radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Developed large VVF AND RVF , having both urinary and faecal inconvenience.
Yesterday I had done bilateral Uretero-Sigmoidostomy and the End Sigmoid colostomy.
Now stoma is working. Urine and stool coming in the stoma bag. Patient is happy.😊
