SURCHARGE INCENTIVE AND SPECIAL SCHEME
FOR ALL CATEGORIES OF PLOTS / VILLAS
Mar 31st 2023: In order to provide relief to our valued Members, DHA Multan Management is pleased to announce the following:
Extension of Surcharge Waiver Scheme for all categories of Plots / Villas on payment of all installments due till 30th April 2023.
In case of non-payment till 30th April 2023, the plot / location ballot result shall be Cancelled.
Defaulting members who were paying / paid land cost and are unable to continue with Installments may apply for Cancellation and refund of their paid amount. The deposited amount shall be refunded after deduction of Membership Fee and 10% of remaining paid amount (Instead of 20% deduction).
Incentive for Members and their blood relations (Parents, Spouse and Children) to have their paid amounts adjusted from one Allotment to another without any deduction, where allocation is requested for cancellation.
