I never thought i would write a review like this for one of my favorite brands like The Last Tribe but their newly opened Multan branch completely ruined our experience. 🤬🤬🤬👎👎👎

I visited with my friends and sadly it turned out to be the worst dining experience of this year. It was supposed to be a last dinner with a close friend who is permanently moving abroad and they ruined a very special and emotional moment for us.

First of all, this place does not feel like a fine dining restaurant at all. It felt more like a shadi wala ghar. The music was extremely loud.. so loud that you could not even talk to the person sitting next to you. We complained 4-5 times but no one bothered to listen or take any action.

Now coming to the food and service the taste was just okay nothing special. They took more than one hour to serve the food which was still somewhat acceptable. But the service was terrible and highly unprofessional. It looked like the staff was not trained at all.

We were a group of 9 and they were serving one roti at a time. After each roti we had to wait 7- 8 minutes for the next one and that was extremely embarrassing. Imagine splitting one roti among 9 people in a so called fine dining restaurant. 🤬

When i asked to bring the bill they told us their card machine was not working and demanded cash only. I did not have enough cash and asked for bank transfer but they refused and kept insisting on cash. Somehow i managed to arrange the cash.

When the bill arrived it was incorrect . They had added 16000 extra for items we never ordered. After pointing it out they corrected it but then added 16% tax on cash payment. I told them clearly that this was their system issue not mine. I was supposed to pay 5% tax on a card payment not 16% on cash. They still insisted on charging 16%. Only after I warned them that I would post this experience on social media did they finally reduce the tax to 5%.
