Through a new targeted campaign, malicious Android applications are going after consumers in Pakistan in an effort to steal sensitive data and gain illegal access.

According to cyber security company Cyfirma, two malicious Android applications from the Google Play Store are specifically aimed against Pakistanis. The DoNot Team hacking gang, also known as APT-C-35 and Viceroy Tiger, is waging a targeted offensive.
