𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 | 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 🧠✨
As part of 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 at Superior University, students participated in an insightful session on Emotional Intelligence — a powerful step toward personal and professional growth.
The session focused on self-awareness, empathy, resilience, and effective communication, helping students understand the importance of managing emotions and building meaningful relationships. Through engaging discussions and real-life examples, participants learned how emotional intelligence shapes leadership, teamwork, and success.

The 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 at 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 took place on 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, with orientation sessions designed to guide and motivate newly admitted students. Trainers from various departments conducted engaging and motivational sessions, providing students with valuable insights, confidence, and direction for their academic journey. The program served as a strong start, enabling students to step into university life with enthusiasm and a clear vision for the future.

Through 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀, 𝗙𝗕𝗠𝗦(𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 & 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗢𝗔𝗔𝗗(𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗿𝘁 & 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻) created an atmosphere of energy, creativity, and connection.
