Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site/remote role for a Medical Scribe. The Medical Scribe's role involves accompanying the physician into the exam room and recording observations, diagnoses, treatments, and instructions given by the physician. The Medical Scribe ensures that the medical chart is accurate and complete to assist the physician in delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications
* Proficient in medical terminology and human anatomy
* Knowledge and experience in medical assisting
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience as a scribe or in a similar healthcare role
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task efficiently
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Degree in healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
* Knowledge of EMR systems is a plus
* Certification as a Medical Scribe is a plus
