Namak 1 tsp
Kali mirch ½ tsp
Cheeni ½ tsp
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Maida 1 tbsp
(Optional) Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Ginger (julienne) 1 tbsp
Green chilli seeds removed, julienne — 2–3 pcs
Rice:
Basmati rice 1 cup soaked 1 hour
Namak 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Sirka 1 tbsp
Fried Rice:
Eggs 2 pcs
Gajar small julienne ½ cup
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Hara pyaz 2 tbsp
Namak + kali mirch — as required
Sauce Base:
Chilli paste 1½ tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Chicken stock / water — ½ cup
Cornflour slurry — 1 tbsp cornflour + 2 tbsp water
