Running a veterinary hospital means we care deeply for every animal that comes through our doors often like they’re our own. But sometimes, we face situations that truly break our hearts.

More than a 2 years ago, a client left their cat with us for boarding and never came back to pick it up. Despite countless reminders and even a formal notice, we’ve received no payment and no response just silence. For the past 1.5 years, our team has continued to feed, care for, and love this cat entirely at our own expense.

We’re sharing this because pet abandonment is not just unfair to the hospital it’s cruel to the animal. Please remember: when you choose to leave your pet in someone’s care, you’re making a commitment. It’s not just about money; it’s about responsibility, compassion, and basic humanity.
