HDH Telecomunications is Looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Truckload Dispatcher for the USA/CANADA Market to join our expanding team. This individual will manage and coordinate all truckload dispatch operations within the US/CANADA., build strong relationships with carriers, and maintain our reputation for exceptional service in the freight industry.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

☑Actively expand our carrier network through cold calling and other recruitment strategies.
☑Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, and ensuring reliable, efficient truckload services across the US/CANADA.
☑Collaborate with the sales team to arrange the best truckload configurations, taking into account shipment pick-up and drop-off points, weight, commodity, estimated time of arrival, and last free day.
☑Identify and negotiate with the best carriers for truckload shipments to ensure cost-effective transportation solutions.
☑Draft and maintain relevant documents, such as invoices and delivery receipts.
☑Maintain daily records and data sheets for organizational and tracking purposes.

☑Minimum Intermediate/A, O, Levels / Graduate

Timinigs: 5PM to 2AM

Salary: 40k to 75k + Commissions
