The unchangeable desktop!
go to your victim's desktop, minimizing everything. Hit control and print screen, then open MS Paint and press Ctrl + V. Now, set that picture as their background. Right click on the desktop and under Arrange Icons By, uncheck the box that says "Show Desktop Items." Now, they've got a background that's completely identical to their old background, except that clicking any of the "icons" won't do anything.... itl drive 'em crazzzzyyyyy!! :D
