As an Upseller, you will play a key role in driving sales by identifying opportunities to upsell products and services to our existing customers. Your daily tasks will include analyzing customer needs, promoting upgrades, and helping our clients unlock greater value from our offerings.

Qualifications

🔹 Prior experience in sales or customer service

🔹 Strong communication and negotiation skills

🔹 Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers

🔹 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
