About Us:

We are a performance-driven ecommerce ads agency helping Shopify and DTC brands scale profitably through paid advertising. Our focus is on ROAS, creative strategy, and data-driven scaling.

We are looking for a hungry Business Developer who can bring ecommerce brands to the table.

Your Role:

You will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and booking qualified ecommerce brands for strategy calls.

This is not a passive job. This is a hunter role.

Responsibilities:

Identify ecommerce brands (Shopify / DTC / Amazon)
Cold outreach via:
LinkedIn
Instagram
Email
Cold DMs
Qualify leads before booking calls
Set appointments with decision-makers (founders / marketing heads)
Maintain CRM and daily reporting
Hit weekly outreach & booking KPIs

KPIs:

100–150 targeted outreaches per day
10–15 qualified conversations per week
5–8 booked calls per week
Monthly revenue targets contribution

Requirements:

1+ year experience in agency sales or business development
Proven experience in cold outreach
Understanding of ecommerce & paid ads (Meta / Google)
Strong written English
Confident & persistent personality
Results-oriented mindset

Bonus Points:

Experience selling to ecommerce brands
Knowledge of ROAS, AOV, CPA
Experience using CRMs (GoHighLevel preferred)
Worked with international clients

Compensation:

Base Salary + Commission
High performance bonuses

Potential to move into Sales Closer role
