While the party’s “400 plus” election slogan did not fully materialize in the general elections, it managed to sustain momentum through coalition politics and strong grassroots campaigning. However, a fragmented opposition continues to remain a major advantage for the BJP.

: Islamabad Weather Chaos: International Flights Diverted to Sialkot.
Severe weather in the capital forced multiple international and domestic flights to divert to Sialkot Airport. Diverted flights included PIA from Riyadh, Air Blue from Sharjah, Fly Jinnah from Quetta, and Air Sial from Karachi.
Sialkot Airport authorities confirmed all planes landed safely and departed for their original destinations once the weather cleared.

Following heavy rains, the Indus River is seeing a significant surge in water levels near Kundian. Inflow at Chashma Barrage has reached 111,199 cusecs, prompting authorities to open all 52 spillways as the water level hit 643 feet. While lakes at the barrage are currently at full capacity, teams are continuously monitoring the situation to manage the flow.
