incidental finding of rib calcification
A 27-year-old single female fell in the bathroom. X-ray shows this calcification. What is this?
Probable hemosiderosis or hemochromatosis of liver and spleen.
Ddx: Primary Hemochromatosis
Hemosiderosis From hemolytic ds.( Thalassemia etc.)...More likely.
MRI to distinguish.
