After the successful completion of phase I of the program, we are back again with the launch of phase II of the program, which is ever-more exciting and adventurous. The program has been diversified with new options of thematic areas, which is a source of increased interest from everyone.

Career Development and Mentoring Program (CDMP) is a free mentoring program intended to train girls and women from nationwide in Pakistan under various thematic areas to up-skill them. The program ensures outreach to mentees at different schools, colleges and universities located in Pakistan. The main goal of the program is to engage the girls and women nationwide, through a level playing field, incapacity-building opportunities. Furthermore, the objective of the program is to enhance the skills of the participants and prepare them according to the changing trends in the market. Through different thematic areas (EIGHT OPTIONS), the participants will network with the fellow participants as well as have a chance to learn from the S&P Global employees, who are experts in their respective fields.
