A consultant shall be selected in accordance with the method contained in Section VII, paragraphs,7.36 and 7.37 of the "World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers", July 2016 [Revised November 2017 and August 2018] ("WB Procurement Regulations"), which can be perused at the website:https://projects.worldbank.org/en/projects-operations/products-and-services/brief/procurement- new-framework

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. T.A/D.A shall not be admissible. Remuneration would be negotiable commensurating to qualification and experience of the candidate.

The attention of interested eligible Individual Consultants is drawn to Section III. Paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers July 2016, [Revised November 2017 and August 2018] ("WB Procurement Regulations"), setting forth the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest.
