Army aviation helicopter that went missing yesterday
Crashed near Lasbela city of Balochistan...
6 officers, including the Corps Commander Balochistan, who were in the helicopter, were martyred.

En-route to Islamabad, PK 404 departed Gilgit on August 25, 1989 and lost communication within 10 minutes of take-off. Later PIA declared the flight missing and presumed the 54 onboard dead including 5 crew members.
After disappearance, several aerial and ground search missions were conducted by Pak Army but all in vain.
Although PIA presumed that the aircraft crashed but their is a rumour that the flight was shot down by India after.
Families demanded that rumours should be properly investigated.
