In compliance with the directives of the Honorable Director General, Industries and Commerce, The Assistant Director Industries/CPC Charsadda, along with the Industrial Development Officer (IDO), conducted inspections of various establishments in Tehsil Charsadda. These included medical stores, cosmetics shops, general stores, juice shops, fast food cafés, and restaurants. The inspection focused on verifying expiry dates, quality and quantity standards, hygiene conditions, and pricing of essential commodities. All shopkeepers were strictly instructed to adhere to the government-notified price lists. Violators were summoned to appear before the Assistant Director Consumer for further legal proceedings under the Consumer Protection Act, 1997 (amended 2017).
