Before anything, make sure you:
• Graduated BSN (nursing degree)
• Have valid nursing license (for foreign applicants like Philippines, PRC license helps) - optional

✔ Create account
✔ Fill out RN application
✔ Pay application fee (online)

This is under New York State Education Department

3️⃣ Submit Form 2F (Education Verification)

✔ Print Form 2F
✔ Send to your nursing school
✔ School fills it out + sends directly to NYSED

4️⃣ Submit Form 3F (License Verification)

✔ Print Form 3F
✔ Send to PRC (Philippines)
✔ PRC will verify and send directly to NYSED

This is done through PRC
