Building stronger champions for adolescent health!
Last March 10–11, 2026, dedicated healthcare workers gathered at the Valenzuela City Academic Center for Excellence (ValAce) for the Adolescent Health Education and Practical Training, conducted by the Valenzuela City Population Management Office together with the City Health Office.
Through interactive discussions, hands-on learning, and knowledge sharing, participants strengthened their skills and deepened their understanding of adolescent health—empowering them to deliver more responsive, compassionate, and youth-friendly services in their communities.
Together, we continue to invest in our healthcare workers to ensure that every young person receives the guidance, care, and support they deserve.

The 1st Quarter Information Service Delivery Network (ISDN) Meeting was successfully convened through the leadership of the Valenzuela City Population Management Office, in close coordination with the City Health Office, and with the invaluable technical assistance of the Commission on Population and Development NCR.
The meeting served as a platform to strengthen inter-agency collaboration and reinforce a whole-of-government and whole-of-society approach in addressing the needs of adolescents in Valenzuela City. It was attended by representatives from various local government offices and partner institutions and their active participation highlighted the shared commitment to providing coordinated, adolescent-friendly services across sectors.
Discussions during the meeting focused on strengthening the referral network and conducting service mapping, aimed at clearly identifying available programs, services, and entry points for adolescents. This initiative seeks to improve access, reduce service gaps, and ensure timely and appropriate referrals for health, education, protection, employment, and psychosocial support services.
