The 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫 is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the ice production plant.
This role ensures daily production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
The supervisor manages machine operations, freezing cycles, sanitation processes, and supervises plant helpers and sales operations.
