📌 Paano Hindi Magkaroon ng “Pabuhat” sa Group Project

Group projects, minsan parang battlefield. May kasama kang todo effort, tapos may iba na “pabuhat” lang nag-a-asa na may ibang magtatrabaho para sa kanila. Paano maiwasan ito?

1️⃣ Maging proactive mula simula – Huwag hintayin na utusan ka. I-volunteer ang kaya mong gawin at ipakita agad ang commitment mo.

2️⃣ Clear roles at deadlines – Siguraduhing malinaw kung sino ang gagawa ng ano at kailan. Kapag documented, mas mahirap magpabaya.

3️⃣ Regular check-ins – Kahit simple updates lang, makakatulong para malaman ng lahat kung sino ang nagagawa ng tasks.

4️⃣ Gumamit ng tools para collaboration – Google Docs, Git, Trello, o Slack. Transparent ang progress at walang “nagulat na lang” na scenario.

5️⃣ Be accountable, not controlling – Ipakita ang effort mo, pero huwag maging tyrant. Mag-offer ng help sa may hirap, pero huwag i-take over ang trabaho nila.

6️⃣ Learn to say no respectfully – Kung paulit-ulit kang pinapabuhat, maari mong iparating nang maayos na kailangan ng fair contribution.

Sa huli, group projects ay practice ng teamwork, communication, at responsibility. Kapag early mo na na-establish ang expectations, malaki ang chance na lahat makatulong at walang pabuhat.

We are looking for an experienced Python/Django Developer to lead the development of an AI-driven web application.

🔧 Core Responsibilities:
• Develop a web application focused on AI-powered image processing
• Integrate multiple APIs from other development teams into the system
• Take over the current development from a solo developer and lead the project forward

📌 Requirements:
• At least 5+ years of experience in Python with extensive Django expertise
• Must be able to start on January 15
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with other teams

🕒 Work Conditions:
• Salary: Competitive, based on skills and experience
• Work Style: Fully remote
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
