Key Responsibilities
• Track and monitor incoming client payments
• Record transactions in the accounting system
• Prepare weekly revenue reports
• Categorize company expenses
• Monitor cash flow and financial activity
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss reports
Tools You May Use
• QuickBooks
• Google Sheets
• Stripe / Square
• Google Drive
Requirements
✔ CPA or Accounting background
✔ Experience in bookkeeping or financial reporting
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Organized and trustworthy
✔ Comfortable working with US-based clients
