It’s called Hiraya’s Bistro Siglap—a cozy restaurant along East Coast Road offering modern and classic Pinoy comfort food, perfect for all-day dining and chill drinks. On our recent Makan Tour, we went back to Hiraya’s to enjoy more of their Filipino dishes and desserts. We also reconnected with our fellow kababayan from Surigao, Ma’am. This time, we tried their CJ’s Smashed Burger—juicy and flavorful, Chicken Chop—tender and tasty, of course the all-time favorite Adobo, crispy Litson Kawali, the zesty Kilawin, and for dessert, the classic Halo-Halo—refreshing and nostalgic!
