On the day of May 23, 2025, the ROTC Unit of Carlos Hilado Memorial State University stood in full formation at the Talisay-Main Campus to undergo the Regional Annual Administrative Tactical Inspection (RAATI). With cadets representing all CHMSU campusesโTalisay, Alijis, Binalbagan, and Fortune Towneโthe event marked a powerful display of military precision, leadership, and school-wide solidarity.
Aimed at assessing the operational readiness and overall discipline of ROTC units across Western Visayas, this yearโs RAATI also served as a platform for CHMSU to assert its aspirations for the top regional rank. The universityโs cadets, rigorously trained and fully uniformed, performed drills, ceremonies, and inspections with commendable order and excellence.
โป๏ธ With each synchronized step, CHMSU ROTC continues to shape future leadersโfirm in discipline, united in purpose, and proud to serve.
Let us move forward with pride and determination, carrying the values of the corps into every endeavor.
